Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for a refund.
How to return a product
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us. You will not have to pay for the shipping cost of returning the product.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it and credit the original method of payment within 3 days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is completed.
Products with discounts
Products that were purchased with a discount are also eligible for a refund, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria.
Exceptions
Some products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

- Perishable goods such as food or flowers
- Digital products such as ebooks or software
